World Cup heads back to Europe

The World Cup showjumping and dressage finals are heading back to Europe after this year's final in the USA.

Next year the jumping final is hosting in Geneva, followed by Leipzig, Germany (2011), Brabant, The Netherlands (2012), and Gothenburg, Sweden in 2013.

Several championships and finals were allocated by the FEI Bureau during its meeting held on 31 March and 1 April in Switzerland.

The World Breeding Championships for jumpers has been allocated to Lanaken, Belgium for the next five years, from 2010 to 2014. The Dressage World Breeding Championships will be in Verden, Germany for the next three years, from 2010 to 2012.

The World Cup final for driving will be in Leipzig, Germany, in 2011, along with the jumping final.
