A three-acre equestrian estate close to the showgrounds in the US winter equestrian capital of Wellington, Florida, has gone on the market for $US1.85 million.

The property features an eight-stall barn, with room for four more stalls.

The Clydesdale Avenue property has a four-bedroom, three-bathroom home and four-car garaging.

It offers a gourmet kitchen, summer kitchen and hot tub, as well as fireplaces.

The realtor offering the property, Marysue Jacobs from Destiny International Properties, said there were turnout paddocks with plenty of trees in what she described as a lovely setting.

She said the property also boasted a grand prix jumping field, with a well-maintained grass footing, with plenty of room for a larger arena.

Jacobs described the property as perfect for the serious equestrian during the winter season or year-round.

It was the best-priced, three-acre equestrian property close to the showgrounds in Wellington, she said.
