Luxurious Florida equestrian estate with covered arena offered for sale

The 7.5-acre property in Odessa is part of Citrus Green Equestrian Estates, a community with 41 home sites that covers 400 acres.

Completed in 2009, Copper Leaf Farm – so named because of the many copper features incorporated into its architecture – boasts a total of 11,900 square feet under roofing, including a four-bedroom home, with a pool, hot tub, an outdoor summer kitchen, and attached three-car garage.

Each of the nine stalls measures 12 feet by 12 feet, with removable panels that enable the conversion of two stalls into one 12-feet by 24-feet foaling stall.

Other equestrian amenities include multiple lush pastures surrounded by handsome four-board white fences and a 60-foot diameter round pen.

The wider equestrian estate includes a horse trail. The monthly homeowners association fee for the property is $US172.50.
