Hurricane Sandy knocked the live webcast of the Alltech National Horse Show off the air temporarily earlier this week because of storm related power outages at the home base of LiveStream.

Nearly 8.2 million homes and businesses are without power as a result of the brutal storm that struck much of the USA’s East Coast on Monday and Tuesday.

David Orlando of ShowNet.biz, the producers of the live feed from the Alltech National Horse Show, said the company’s ShowNet website had not been affected.

Live results from the show are available at www.ShowNet.biz.

The Alltech National Horse Show runs through Sunday at the Alltech Arena at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, Kentucky.
