He is the first son of Libelle (Falkensee x Liebesgabe) and the second to last progeny from Amarduc (Induc x Amselruf). His breeding reflects generations of highly acclaimed performance lines and outstanding ridability. Libelle (Falkensee x Liebesgabe) is closely related to many of the top performing Trakehner dressage stars of today, and is the full sister to Lord Lagerfeld and The Phantom II, both doing extremely well in dressage. Amarduc is by Induc, the 1992 Reserve Champion of the Neumunster Stallion Approvals. He went on to become the German Riding Horse Champion competing against the top German four-year-olds. The Verband graded Induc in the studbook as a dressage specialist. He ranks 6th in Germany out of all Trakehner and TB stallions and has a dressage index of 146. La Croix offers no less than three crosses to Ibikus who was the German Riding Champion 4 times. La Croix's first foal Woodfieldpark Savannah was awarded Best Warmblood Foal at the South Island Breeders Show 2006 and Willowvale Second Edition scored an 8 at his foal classification; a very pleasing result for such a young stallion.
