ALL WELCOME Please contact Robin on the following email address if you are attending and/or are intending to join us for a light lunch at Fagan Family's Starlight Farm during the final part of the colt and mare inspection part of the day. potterfamily@internet.co.nz AGM Day - The Day's Activities August 16, 2009 10.00 am Colt Classification - at Starlight Farm - 213 Scherers Rd, Matamata. This is not very far off State Highway 27 at all and only minutes from Matamata. If you are coming from Auckland veer left onto State Highway 27 at the bottom of the Bombay Hill towards Matamata. When you get to Waharoa drive through and round a tight bend over railway tracks, take the next right into Link Road and then left into Landsdown Road, drive to the cross roads and head straight through into Scherers Road. We are number 213 on the left, you can't miss us, sign is on the gate, go up the second driveway to the stables. If you are coming from the south, drive though Matamata on State Highway 27 as you would driving to Auckland; just before Waharoa turn left into Link Road and follow the directions as above. Four colts will be put through their paces for entry into the Stallion Studbook as licensed Warmblood Stallions Mare Studbook Classifications to follow the colts. These will be notified on the programme on the day. 1.30pm Light lunch on site provided by the Association - coffee and tea to be taken at the cheese factory at the meeting so please bring sufficient drinks with you for the early part of the day. 2.30pm AGM at Kaimai Cheese Factory Cafe, Wahoroa.
