Authorities are seeking a man in Bethel, Ohio, over the alleged ill-treatment of horses on the property he was using.
Clermont County Animal Control Officers believe six horses, a pony, and a donkey have been abandoned by the man.
Investigators report at least 10 horses were found dead on the 30-acre property.
The man has been described as a racehorse trainer.
