For the sixth consecutive year, the KWPN maintained its number one position as the best jumper studbook in the world under World Breeding Federation of Sport Horses rankings.

The KWPN stallion Hickstead (Hamlet x Ekstein) bred by B. van Schijndel of Maren Kessel, has maintained his position from last year the highest ranking jumping horse. Hickstead is ridden by Canadian Eric Lamaze.

In second place is KWPN's Robin Hood W (Animo x Libero H), bred by Wezenberg of IJsselmuiden. Both Robin Hood W, ridden by Ben Maher, and his dam Melisimo, ridden by Michelle Spadone, competed in this year's Las Vegas World Cup Final.

In second place in the rankings is the Selle Francais studbook, led by Itot du Chatuea Isovlas, ridden by Australia's Edwina Alexander.

The Holsteiner studbook is third, followed by the Belgian Studbook, with Westfalian, Hanoverian, Oldenburger, Zangersheide, Swedish Warmblood, Danish Warblood, Irish Sport Horse, and Belgian sport horse.
