Chatsworth House Trust has appointed Tissie Reason as the new director of the Chatsworth International Horse Trials.
Tissie Reason competed up to BE Advanced level and has been an Event Organiser and Entries Secretary for over 30 years. She is familiar with the event and the Chatsworth Estate and will continue her involvement with other events through her existing Woolaton Management company.
"I am delighted to accept this appointment at one of the most prestigious horse trials in the Eventing calendar," she said. "I am looking forward to the challenges it will bring with the opportunities to develop and build on the solid foundations established by Sue and Mike Etherington-Smith."
Chatsworth hosts the HSBC FEI World Cup Eventing Qualifier, scheduled for May 15 and 16 next year.
