Kazmere Power Play
Mel is a very handsome young man, with a beautiful head and a lovely big eye. He is our first Meteor foal born and is out of K.Armani's full sister K.Cachè (8x NZ National titles Led & Ridden). Mel was Merci's first foal and probably the reason why he hasn't grown onto the height that I thought he would have. Instead we have bred a Warmblood Pony. Mel has slightly more bone and substance than your 'typical' A Ring Pony , but is still more refined than a Saddle Hunter Pony. He would slot into a Sporthorse Pony Section if there was one and this is where he would be ideally suited. Mel would make a great competitive mount and we can vouch that he jumps - after having jumped out of our 1.4m wooden yard (repeatedly). His looks, conformation and movement would be successful in the show ring, but given his gritty, determined and forward nature, I see him being an Eventing, Dressage or Show Jumping Pony. He is booked in to be started under saddle by Scott O'Malley this spring/early summer. He will be dual reg. as both a Warmblood and an Arabian Derivative. $6000 +gst or $7500 +gst
