Hi
I love this sight but i don't think it has enough about Laughton's Legend horses.
I have a nine year old Laughton's legend gelding Called Wynyard fairway, he is the most stunning horse i've owned and a real show off.

Hello All

I'm a member of the IDHS in Great Britain and own an 18.1hh full ID gelding, bred in Ireland and exported to England approximately 3 years ago. He's by Annaghdown Star and can trace his lines back to King of Diamonds.

I'm visiting NZ next year and would be keen to visit a working stud programme or other ID-related work to better understand how you are working to promote/encourage the breed. If all goes well, I might be bringing my big lad over permanently!

Grateful for any advice you can give and very pleased to see that my favourite breed has such a following way over on the other side of the world!

Hi, I have owned my 15.3hh Laughton's Legend mare for seven years. I think she's fantastic! I would like to breed from her in the next year or so. She is out of an Abalou mare (TB). I want to concentrate mainly on show hunter and dressage. Any ideas for a stallion??? Thanks.

Have brought a Kingsway Diamond mare 9yrs old, she has such a personality. Only been hacking lightly as it's been so wet here & cold, it's like that in Taupo in winter. Intend on showing her this coming season; inhand & Saddle Hunter classes. No I don't jump horses any more,it hurts to much when I fall off. LOL

Hi, What a super site! I have a two and a half year old baby - KINVARA'S CLEAR TOUCH (Etherow Impasse). I cannot tell you how much we have enjoyed the big/little boy! After doing years of battle with TB's off the track and Horse Rescues, this little one is such a treat and such a character. He is one of the first crop of IDX in SA and has started showing in hand - but I cannot wait for three -phase time!!!

Hi to all the Irish lovers.
Nice to see all the irish lovers out there, i find it hard to find them in HB. I have and irsh Stud here in HB called Irishmadar Stud, standing Blood of man. Kingcroft Wicklow X laughtons Legend x Super stud. producing some lovely Huge babies. Two of my yearlings went to last nights Horse of the Year sales. Unfortunatley only very low prices were offered so i took them home again. (Quite happy about that, they're my babies after all).
Im finding the want for Irish in the North Island seems to be a lot smaller than in the south...any thoughts anyone?.
Regards
Tess

Hi there
Being Irish and involved in the production and sale of quality animals I am delighted to see such nice models and the obvious love of our horses. It is their minds that set them apart from all others.

We stand the Belgian warmblood stallion JAGUAR at stud who has sired 4 international grand prix dressage horses. JAGUAR is out of a purebred Irish Draught mare called Rose of Dublin. So there is a bit of different Irish blood in NZ if anyone is interested.
