Super pony Theodore O'Connor, who won individual gold at the recent Pan American Games, will be immortalised in a Breyer model.

The little horse that could will be used as a portrait model in 2008.

Teddy, as he is known, won group and individual gold at the Pan American Games in Rio, Brazil, as well as a three-star event at The Fork in North Carolina. He was third at the four-star Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event.

The 12-year-old chestnut stands 14.1¾hh, is three-quarters thoroughbred, an eighth Shetland and an eighth Arabian.

"We joined the Teddy fan club at the Rolex Kentucky Three Day Event after his amazing performance there", said Stephanie Macejko, Breyer's vice president of marketing and product development. "And we were thrilled when ... Teddy won double gold for the United States at the Pan American Games!

"We are very pleased to support this superb pony by creating a Breyer portrait model for his many fans around the world," Macejko said.
